Besides UWorld and NMBEs, what other question bank would you recommend? USMLE-Rx? Also, for physiology would you recommend doing BRS physiology questions?

Overall, I think UWorld and the NBMEs are sufficient for most students. The issue is that most people don't get all that they can out of these resources, but if you make flashcards based on the questions you get wrong, you'll retain much more information from these resources. I recommend a second pass of UWorld prior to using a second Qbank, but after that yes, USMLE-Rx is my next recommendation.
I don't think BRS physiology questions are necessary, but if you're finding them really helpful to you, feel free to stick to them as long as its not at the cost of time with UWorld or NBMEs. I think the UWorld explanations are pretty decent for explaining physiology. Also, unfortunately, you don't truly need to understand physiology in many cases, you just have to know 1 or 2 key facts in order to get a question right, so don't stress too much about a thorough understanding for the purposes of the USMLE (but this understanding is very important for actually practicing medicine!).
